As a start-up online fashion venture, Amerai was involved in the introduction of the philosophy and the branding concept of ‘Urban city lifestyle brand’ taking inspiration from men and women of today living in major urban cities. Followed by marketing research, industry analysis, SWOT analysis and finally trend analysis; we consulted in the areas of Brand Management such as: story telling, design direction of the products, brand identity, graphic identity, communication identity for advertising, website, packaging, and the pop-up store. Moreover, we advised on marketing and sales techniques with suggestions for modern and traditional communication to increase brand awareness as well as, digital and social media tactics and ideas to engage the readers and potential clients.

With one glance on the prints and cuts of the swimsuit, you know its KC Beachwear. The label stays true to its original vision: sophisticated femininity, magical colour combinations and Italian original prints. Two friends Katinka and Consuelo are the founders of KC Beachwear. The fabrics are selected from Made in Italy highest quality, and each piece is handcrafted production of the deep ‘know how’ of the Italian traditional couture.

Amerai assist as a sales agent to open international markets for KC Beachwear. In addition, Amerai introduces online/offline marketing and communication techniques to increase brand awareness.

Designer Tiffany Thomas from NYC started her own line in the swimwear and ready to wear industry. As a start-up venture, Amerai consulted in the following areas: Industry analysis, Marketing Research, Trend Analysis,  Strategic Branding, Communication/ Digital Strategies and Sales and Marketing.

Amerai proposed a branding concept with an innovative combination of jewelry and swimwear plus the introduction of “Total Look” based on the industry and trend analysis. Followed by strategic branding, Amerai assisted in the brand management from packaging to interior identity of the store. Moreover, Amerai advised on communication and digital strategies combined with marketing and sales techniques.

 

Development of digital strategies and innovative online advertising packages for Style.it

Style.it is one of the most popular online magazines in Italy operated by Conde’ Nast Digital. Our experts were responsible to create innovative methods to increase more readers and attract advertisers. This project covered analysis of the role of social media and extensive evaluation of competitors such as grazie.it, vogue.it , elle.it and D La reppublica.it . As a result, our specialist introduced creative tactics to create a ‘conversation’ online; plus innovative methods to develop a strong online ‘community’ to attract both readers and advertisers.

Testanera is a popular hair color cosmetic brand and they are an official sponsors of Milan fashion week. They presented their brand at one of the temporary pop-up stores during Milan fashion week. Our experts were responsible to develop an online and offline communication plan to increase brand exposure and attract customers and press to to their temporary pop-up store. In this project our experts came up with the design of an attractive pop-up store followed by creative social media tactics prior to the event to increase brand awareness . Moreover, our specialists developed brand installations and innovative ideas for Guerrilla activities.
